Shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within a few days after the payment and shipped through our shipping agent.

Shipping charges include handling, packaging and postal charges . Operating costs are fixed, whereas transport costs depends on the total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items into one order. It is not possible to group two different orders done  separately, because shipping costs will be incurred for each of them. 

The boxes are sized appropriately  and your items are well protected

Taxes and customs duties

Italian VAT is applied to all EU destinations, while for Norway, Switzerland, United States shipments , customs duties and local taxes are applied.

Shipments to other destinations are dutiable to local duties and taxes , so contact the nearest Customs Office for more information. 

Right of withdrawal

FR&D  FIRENZE guarantees 100% money back  , except some customs duties and local taxes.

FR&D FIRENZE ensures the right of withdrawal from the purchase within and no later than 15 days from the date of delivery.

The refund  will be made within and  no later than 10 days from the receipt of the returned product.

The right of withdrawal are NOT applied to:

- customized products

- products purchased by individuals for professional purposes.

All products returned without seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

For customers that  have an account , the return request must be done  on the specific section of their personal profile. For costumers who have refrained from creating an account , they have to communicate their intention to withdraw from the purchase by a registered letter to the address: Pelletteria la Melina snc, via Benozzo Gozzoli 5 50018 Scandicci (FI) Italy , optionally followed by an e-mail to  fredfirenze@mail.com

FR&D FIRENZE reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and give them back to the sender. The eventual acceptance of unauthorized returns will result as a charge on the value of the returned merchandise or issue a refund by store credit form.

The refund shall be borne by the customer who is fully responsible. For this FR&D FIRENZE recommends to use  a traceable shipping method.
